Though, my sister / brother in law lived in the same apartment building as Rand in DC. I think one time there was a fire alarm pulled and Rand was forced to wait outside in the street with everyone else in, what i recall, were his boxers.
The my said he basically never talked or made eye contact with anyone and that he also didn’t wipe the exercise machines down at the gym.
